Interesting Israeli Poll Results

Here is a selection of Israeli poll results reported by Yated Ne'eman.

The following are the results of a poll of a representative sample of 560 adult Israelis carried out the week of May 16, 2003 by New Wave for Ma’ariv.
1. Are you satisfied with the performance of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in general? Yes 47%; No 42%; Don’t know 11%
4. To the best of your knowledge, do you support the road map recently presented by the Americans Support 36%; Oppose 29%; Don’t know 35%
* 57% of those surveyed are in favor of measures that would encourage Arab emigration from the state.
* 53% openly stated that they oppose absolute equality for Israel’s Arab citizens.
